We accept credit credit cards using paypal email and quickbooks. A very secure method All customers must submit a signed customer policy and credit card to remain on file with 2showchaircoversandlinens. It is the customers responsibility to check the confirmation for accuracy concerning your items ordered, dates and locations. We accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks. Personal check orders must be paid for 30 days before your event.
Deposits & Payments
A non - refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve your date and materials. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations
Please keep in mind that items are considered a rental once they leave the facility. In the event you need to cancel an order, your deposit of $75.00 will be forfeited. Canceling 30 days or less prior to your event date, A restocking fee of 40% of your total order will be charged to the credit card on file.
Set - up & Installation
Please call 1 week prior to the event to find out when we can install your chair covers or linens. If the hall wants table linens installed a day before the chair covers there will be a $30 fee.
Returns
We take care of delivery set-ups and pick up of chair cover and linens. However if you self install, orders need to be returned by the date of the rental contract. All items must be returned the following work day unless specified in contract. Orders not returned by specified date are subject to additional daily rental charges ($75.00). Items should be free of food, excessive soil, wax, or garbage in order to avoid a cleaning fee. All items will be counted on site at time of return.
Loss & Damage
All items have a replacement value that is applicable when not returned, found at the time of pick up, or in condition that has permanently altered it's appearance. There will be a 3 times the rental fee for items that are lost or damaged. 2showchaircoversandlinens reserves the right to charge the cost of lost or damaged items to the credit card the customer places on file. 2showchaircoversandlinens cannot hold third parties (ie. Your event planner, facility, caterer etc.) responsible for payment or lost or damaged items. The ordering customer is solely responsible for all returned items.
